To classify the clean area and make sure it serves its purpose, it is necessary to measure the concentration of the particles present in the air. With our devices we can observe particle size from 0.3 μm to 10 μm. The final result is given in the form of number of particles per cubic meter. The test is carried out in accordance with ISO 14644-1 and cGMP Annex 1.

The test is performed with a laser particle counter with a built-in air pump and an isokinetic probe. First of all, from the standard table, we determine the number of required measuring points relative to the surface of the space and make them reasonably distributed. The maximum permissible particle concentration, the number of repetitions of measurements and the sampling time are determined according to the level of purity. Regarding on the basic requirements of the standards, the number of sampling points and sampling time can be increased on the request of the customer.

We use the professional measuring equipment of renowned manufacturers: Lighthouse, TSI. All equipment is calibrated annually.
