The ultrasonic generator provides high frequency energy. The equipment consists of a series of electronic circuits that convert grid-based electrical energy into high-frequency ultrasonic energy. The basic principle of our ultrasonic generators is that they constantly provide maximum output power.

We successfully adapt to various parameter changes with the help of microprocessor control, IGBT switches and other electronic assemblies, which continuously monitor changes in the bath. Based on changes, the frequency also changes, so that we always have maximum cavitation in the bath. Sweeping frequency system (oscillation near resonant frequency) - "sweeping", prevents the formation of dead zones where cavitation is greatly reduced. We also prevent the agitation of sheets in their resonant filed. This way the items are washed over their entire surface, with no side effects (unwanted sheet metal noise). All ultrasonic generators are equipped with EMC filters in accordance with EN standards.

To monitor the performance of the ultrasonic generator, it is equipped with control indicators that can be visually controlled.

In addition, a control unit can be installed to allow the setting and monitoring of power and the mode of operation of each ultrasonic generator. There are three different modes to choose from: resonant, fast floating frequency and slow floating frequency. There are two types of units: the first is intended for installation directly into the cassette and the second is designed as a foil label that can be affixed to the front panel of the device.

The generator can be used as a standalone unit with control via elements, such as switches, timers, ..., or it can be controlled by a controller. Two cassette sizes are available, each with a capacity of 1 kW to 4 kW.
