The model UZS-071AT-150 Ultrasonic Washing machine is intended for degreasing, ultrasonic washing, rinsing, drying and oiling of metal objects. The cleaning device uses water-based media or water-based cleaning solvents. First, the upload starts. The operator manually pushes the transport trolley with a basket inside the machine, selects the recipe and confirms it. Automatic transport is provided for the further transmission of the baskets between the baths. Different degreasing, cleaning, rinsing, drying and oiling operations are performed in the baths. At the end of the process, automatic transport places the basket on the trolley at the landfill. The operator manually pulls the transport trolley from the inside of the device. The system allows to select different programs to carry out a process. The programs contain adjustable parameters such as temperature and cleaning time, rinsing time, draining(dripping) over the tub, ... The parameters and the programs therefor, are best adapted to these needs according to the quality of the operation process.

The device is operated via a touch screen (OP panel) located on the electrical cabinet next to the loading place.

The process may consist of the following stages of processing:

  • Loading place - Designed for the correct installation and attachment of a trolley with a basket
  • Bath 1 - designed for hot degreasing (from 50°C to 80°C) by vertical oscillation
  • Bath 2 - ultrasonic degreasing in hot liquid (from 50°C to 80°C), with vertical oscillation
  • Bath 3 - cold rinse with flowing water and vertical oscillation
  • Bath 4 - cold rinse with flowing water and vertical oscillation
  • Bath 5 - wash rinse with soft water
  • Bath 6 - drying by forced circulation of hot air and by blowing water droplets with compressed air
  • Bath 7 - oiling by way of heating and soft water
  • Landfill – intended for proper placement and connection of the transport trolley to the end point of the cleaning process in order to guarantee the proper disposal of a basket

  • Construction of the device is designed in accordance with GMP requirements, other guidelines and standards
  • Work-top, tubs and all surfaces in contact with the liquid (including piping) and indirectly with the cleaned object are made of AISI 316L stainless steel sheet, with a thickness of 2 mm and Ra <1.0 μm
  • Remaining exterior surfaces are made of stainless steel, with quality AISI 304, with Ra <1.2 μm
  • The bottoms of the baths are sloped toward the drain and the inner edges are rounded
  • Locking plates provide easy access to all components
  • The capacity of the device is a maximum of 1 basket per 12 minutes
