The ultrasonic cleaner is easy to use. On its front panel there are a main switch, a temperature controller, a timer and two indicators to show the operation of the heaters and ultrasonic generator. The temperature controller that regulates heaters with a total output of 2500 W can be set up to 90°C. The time switch, which dictates the operating time of the 1000 W ultrasonic generator, can be set from 0 to 15 minutes, or to unlimited time. Ultrasonic transducers that are driven by ultrasonic generators at a frequency of about 30 kHz operates in fast floating mode, allowing even distribution of ultrasonic cavitation within the bath. Regardless of the conditions of the bath, it is suitable adapted so that the maximum cleaning effect is present at all times. For easier emptying of the bath, there is also a 1 "threaded valve on the front.
The generator housing is made of 1.5 mm stainless steel embossed sheet and of AISI 304 quality. The bath itself is made of 2 mm stainless steel sheet and with AISI 316L quality.
