ISKRA PIO Integration of PLM and ERP systems 2021 : DigitalPIO

The company Iskra PIO has successfully obtained financing for the "ISKRA PIO Integration of PLM and ERP systems 2021: DigitalPIO" project for the implementation of digital transformation within the framework of the Public Tender P4D React EU - Incentives for the digital transformation of SMEs.

Investment is financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) "Promoting the elimination of the consequences of the crisis" within the framework of REACT-EU-ERDF – www.eu-skladi.si as part of the Union’s response to the Covid – 19 pandemic.

Operation includes renovation of all processes, optimization of project implementation, reduction of errors, calculation cost price of products, predictive planning, introduction of process flow charts within the PLM system, introduction of paperless work in production, optimization of project and product management and modernization of warehouse operations.

Integration of ERP and PLM systems is a key element for implementing the necessary changes in the field of digital transformation of the company.
