The main objective of the project is to develop a new product that will represent the transition to the applicant, to a higher premium market with higher added value than existing products.  In parallel, new production processes will be developed that will allow us to raise the value added per employee. The long-term impact will be largely reflected in the increased brand strength and higher value added per unit of output. The development of new industrial equipment (a new product) for the automation of laboratory / analytical processes in the pharmaceutical industry will enable better and faster design of dosing systems (proper selection of technological solutions according to different types of powders) and up to 4 times faster dissolution of the active ingredients (where we will achieve complete dissolution), which cannot be available on the market at this moment.

 

The important objectives of the project which will enable the development of the finish product are also:

  • New industrial equipment intended for the automation of laboratory / analytical processes in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • An innovative dispersion device based on ultrasonic cavitation,
  • An advanced numerical model for simulating the flow of granular substances in dosing systems with different technological solutions,
  • A new innovative decontamination process with the help of dispersed drops of peroxide.
