The phosphating line, type LMF-012AT-500, is intended for Mn phosphating of metal products. For the process the device uses water-based media or cleaning agents. The process starts at the loading / disposal site. The operator makes sure that the drum / hanger with objects is manually pushed inside the machine. For further transfer of the drum or hangers between bathtubs, automatic transport is provided.

Various cleaning, rinsing, activating, phosphating and passivation operations are performed in the tubs. At the end of the process, automatic transport puts the drum / hanger on the entry / exit ramp. The operator manually pulls a drum / hanger from inside the machine. At the loading / disposal site, filling, emptying of drums or hangers is carried out. The device is operated via a touch screen (OP panel) located on the electrical cabinet next to the input / output ramp. The system allows the selection of different programs of process execution. The programs contain adjustable parameters such as temperature and cleaning time, rinsing time, drainage (dripping) time over the bath, ... Parameters and thus programs are optimally adjusted to the needs according to the quality of the process.

The process is carried out after the following stages of processing:

  • Loading / disposal site
  • Washbasin with warm alkaline cleaner
  • Rinse tub with running water
  • Acid cleaner
  • Bath for rinsing with running water (connected to cascade with tub 5)
  • Bath for rinsing with running water (connected to the cascade with tub 4)
  • Bath for etching
  • Rinse bath with running water (connected to the cascade with tub 8)
  • Rinse bath with running water (connected to the cascade with tub 7)
  • Bath to activate the surface before phosphating
  • Bath for Mn phosphating
  • Rinse bath with demineralized water
  • Bath for passivation

The device is completely enclosed in a shutter box. For better transparency, the middle part of the frame is closed with acrylic glass doors. Access to the interior part is made possible by the sliding doors at the baths 1 and 10. There is a landing on the back inside of the unit for easier handling. The whole area of the baths is placed on trays.
