Visual smoke test

The purpose of the test is to prove with help of visualisation of air flow movement, that for example ventilation-filtration systems are capable of protecting critical area from contamination with particles from environment and determine, whether vertical (direct/laminar) air flow movement direction is homogenous below entire filtration/distribution surface.

Visual smoke test

It is the simplest and efficient method for discovering unwanted dead zones, air pockets and for demonstration of air flow paths form blow-in spot to exhaust from room or device. Also in the turbulent flow regimes we use visual smoke test to prove regularity of air flow moving direction between different pressure zones (Clean rooms). Visual smoke test is performed in accordance with ISO 14644-3 recommendations.

We use measuring equipment from renowned manufacturers Safex, Drager.

All instruments are calibrated annually.
